Natural Corozo:
It is a natural material made from the nuts of a palm tree that grows in the tropical forests of South America.
Known as Tagua, or Vegetable Ivory, it is worldwide used for the production of buttons, particularly appreciated for the grain pattern, more evident with the dyeing.
We keep in stock blanks in considerable quantities, carefully selected in the categories of colour and size.
Tinto in Capo:
Innovative, natural material, 100% ecological, for the “garment dyeing” of COTTON and LINEN fabrics.
This material, for its vegetable characteristics, allows the dyeing with garments at the same time, obtaining excellent results. You can follow the standard dyeing process, without using additives or specific products.
For its properties, this material is very resistant, therefore it fit for Stone Wash treatment.
There are not left-overs stock as it is one colour only, and working times are reduced because there is not the returning of garments at head office for buttons’ sewing.
We provide buttons turned into standard shapes, from line 14″ to line 54″, or customized design and thicknesses up to 8 mm.
